If a defect is found, the Customer must inform the florist as soon as possible. In any case, the Customer must report any defect within 1 day of its discovery. Thereafter, any right of replacement expires.
The (commercial and/or legal) guarantee never applies to defects that arise as a result of accidents, negligence, falls, use of the article contrary to its intended purpose, failure to comply with the instructions for use or the manual, adjustments or modifications to the article, intensive use, poor maintenance or any other abnormal or incorrect use.
